Things you need to know

To cancel your subscription to this service, please contact 1800 TSUITE (1800 878 483). If you cancel a 12 month subscription early, an Early Termination Charge will apply. Please refer to Our Customer Terms for further details.

** After the end of your 12 month subscription period, your subscription will be renewed on a month-to-month basis on the same terms until you terminate, except that you or we may terminate at any time without incurring an early termination charge (but you will be liable to pay the monthly fees for the month in which you terminate).

* The trial period is available for an initial order for each service only. There is no trial period available for Workforce Guardian. After the trial period, charging for each applicable service will commence. Subject to what is set out below for Microsoft Online Services, if you have agreed a minimum term as part of your initial order, and you cancel the order after the trial period, the early termination charges in Our Customer Terms will apply. No minimum term applies for XERO or WORKetc.

Microsoft Online Services trial via the Business Productivity Online Suite (which includes: Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office Live Meeting and Microsoft Office Communications Online) or Business Productivity Online Deskless Worker Suite (which includes: Microsoft Exchange Online Deskless Worker and Microsoft SharePoint Online Deskless Worker), is limited to 20 users and expires after 30 days. After the trial period, you may choose to convert your trial users to a paid subscription for the suite or any of the individual Microsoft Online Services applications. No early termination charges apply for not converting to a paid subscription. User information and data, including mailbox content, hosted data and other related settings, will be deleted from those Microsoft Online Services applications for which you have not converted to a paid subscription within 30 days after the expiry of the trial.
