Order Online is a convenient, secure way to order and manage many of your Voice, Data & IP Products with Telstra.
You can use Order Online to check the status of your current service requests, and view details. It will also allow you to cancel voice and data services; and order moves or changes for selected voice, Data & IP services. You are also able to cancel* voice services via order online.
* Remember, if you cancel services that are subject to a fixed term agreement you may have to pay early termination charges. Before you cancel you should check with your Account Executive whether any early termination charges are payable.
This service is only available to customers who have a Telstra Business Account Executive.

- A convenient Text Copy function to save typing.

- A Help function for more product information and support.
- Ability to export, save, email or print essential details.

- Ability to request an identical service to one you already have (in terms of product type, speed, customer details) at a different location in Australia.
- You can store and save the details of the products you order most often to make it quicker for you to order next time.
- View your services at an account level.
- A link to a visualisation tool so you can view a picture of your IP networks.
- Simplification of the order and change process.
- A Bulk request function to help save you time.
- User Access on the basis of “Read” only or “Read / Write” Role
Note: Existing users of Order Online have been defaulted to “Read/Write”. No changes to existing access levels have been made.
