You can download the i-mateTM JASJAM upgrade and access new features by visiting the i-mateTM support website. Alternatively, the software is also available on CD and can be ordered from the i-mateTM support website.
Selected Telstra stores and dealers will have specialist i-mate representatives on hand to give you in-person help at nominated times. Please refer to the i-mateTM support website for further information. If you need in store assistance, please allow up to half an hour to complete the full software upgrade. It is a good idea to back up all your personal data via Microsoft ActiveSync® beforehand.
If you do not upgrade your i-mateTM JASJAM you will still be able to make and receive calls and use email and other applications. However, you may find voice calls are interrupted by mobile data services such as email.
