It’s now easier than ever to make change requests to your account online.

If you are already registered with Telstra Online Services, log in now to speed up this process.

	Call Barring Updating call barring settings for fixed and mobile services.
	Billing Address Moving? Update your billing address here.
	International Roaming Turn international roaming for your mobile service on or off.

If you don’t have an Online Services account, you will need to:

Be listed with Telstra as an Authorised Representative and provide your date of birth; OR
Provide the account password on this application; OR
Provide the "amount payable" and the "pay by" date of the last invoice you received for this account.

If you plan to make changes online frequently you should register here for a username and password.

You will also be required to confirm your order via email. All service change requests will be validated by Telstra upon submission.
