If you don't already have an online services account, you can Register now.

Information you will need on hand before changing your services below:

  • Date of birth and account password if you are listed with Telstra as an Authorised Representative OR
  • Provide the "amount payable" and the "pay by" date of the last invoice you received for your account
  • Your ABN/ACN
  • Your Telstra account number handy (which can be found on the top right hand corner of your Telstra bill)
Please allow us up to 3 working days to complete the request and an email notification will be sent to you once it’s completed.
